If you know me then you will know that I enjoy helping people. I enjoy helping the right people reach their goals. People, including myself. Humans if you will. We all bleed the same. So helping others as others have helped me. Not everyone will help, and that is OK. I will not expect it nor am I desperately seeking assistance. No entitlement or victim mentality. Just another ordinary bag of bones with similar goals as the next walk of life. So life, lol. Life it is! You can either hate it or love it. At times when life may feel different, not because something is wrong. There is something fishy, and it’s floating in a sea near you. Toxic people could be the reason. Bombardment of expectation in the workplace, or worse financial stress, because you struggle to find a proper place of employment. That’s where again, something is very wrong. Check yourself again and again. Over and over, until you change. For the better not worse God dammit! Just fucking change. For you, and for you to show others so they can show others, as others have shown me.To do wrong is guilt, and no one wants that trip. — Constantly I thrive did you well, and I think I do very well. I could however, be doing much better. Especially considering the amount of time it’s been since I started my entrepreneur career. 12 years and still running. Then I think, maybe I’m not giving myself enough credit. Or, I am comparing myself to someone else’s lifestyle. I cannot live their life, only mine. Maybe imitate their image or mannerisms, the way they move, or work, but at the end of the day I am still me. I am first. I have found that in bad condition, I cannot serve my people well. Bad condition can range anywhere from sickness, to drunkenness, to being locked in jail overnight. How the hell can I perform high quality if I am down in the “Me” field? Systems are stunned and nobody will be served well BAM! I was able to identify this bad habit and cut it out of my life. Now I can serve my people and serve them well. At times it feels like there are too many people to serve. Then I have to think positive. These people have a problem that needs to be solved. No, they are — not out to get me. Yes how they passed the baton to me? Yes they have indeed, but I am great at problem-solving. I started considering that these encounters are blessings. These people are blessing me with work and money. These people are in trusting in me to serve them well. They do not want to be screwed by other folks. They know I am honest. They know I manage well, even under stress. The task may take slightly longer than expected but I understand that it will get done. In, mindset, I am the bounty hunter ready to take this task down, and earn my reward. My positive reinforcement in which I use after a small task. You got gas? Good have a soda on me. Did a dump run? Cool, have a Red Bull. You deserve it! Got drug through the mud on a difficult job? How to do it alone? Still completed with accuracy? A DL style? Awesome, have an outlaw a ribeye from Long Horn steakhouse on the house. You deserve it. This is how I treat myself with love. Like a king —- and yes I am a king. I am the king of this company. I have been living off ads and yardwork for 12 years. Props to that. I have helped many people pay their rent with the money that they made working for me. In my systems. My strategies. My investment and planning my money and time in the right people and resources. Understanding that me not putting myself to use, to serve my people, that is considered wasting resources. The disciplinary board would not like to get word that their main guy, the creator which is I, is being lazy and not working. Shit, I have been there done that plenty of times. That is a no-no in the book of work. So to really jump into this. I wanted to start by speaking about my truck as a moving house, transportation to and from work, hauling, and other purposes. These purposes as an adding a cutco catalog and being a part of the system is a moving business. It just needs to be built. The tools the jack in battery charger.The phones. One of the iPhone SE second generation has hotspot — The purpose of the truck though is amazing. It’s not a car it’s not a boat, plain, motorcycle, or a train. The bed in the back is great for hauling. Hauling of whatever. I’ve had all my belongings back there, too packed and stacked loads of cactus and branches. I’ve had desks, chairs, file cabinets, beds, etc. that needed to be transported from A to B. Bags of leaves from in and out 30 minute maintenance is 23 hour extreme leaf cleanup. Regardless of the hall, I have utilized this little Chevy S 10 to do it for the past 10 months. It would not have been possible without my investors. Another friend/investor gave me a truck bed trailer for free. He believed in the dream. My dream. The landscape dream. I have loss aversion at hand though. When I could be running loads with the trailer, I have it parked in a friends driveway. Just sitting. Tires rotting and repairs on delay. Not that there is a loss with a free gain, but remember what I said about wasting resources? Even if I don’t work, that is a waste of resources management does not like that. So in the next few days my job is to get that trailer up and running again and producing. — I Got Five On It Landscaping is one of the more common unskilled trades out here in the south west of Arizona. Hell, all across the Arizona landscapes are popping up from all sorts of angles. The demand is high and so are the temperatures. Especially the second week of June 2021. 115° weather and I’m out there putting in work on a huge unshaded parking lot. The only thing that got me through that job, was determination in a strong burning desire. Thank you Napoleon hill. I also have experience in empathy. Why give up a perfectly good opportunity to get before and after photos of your landscape work? Someone else will just come in and do your job. Your job, because you were not good enough to get it done. You did not do what it takes to complete and complete well. You were defeated by a task. You, therefore are unworthy and should just quit the business. Just toss in the towel and give up. Or, you can say this is a lesson to be learned, and better luck next time. Ask yourself how you can do better? That’s what I did. Also keep in mind that I can handle the task. I can do it all. — The thing about doing it all yourself can lead to burn out. Try not to go too hard out there. I had to place myself on a vacation I was working too hard. Toned down the workaholic performance and started balancing my time, resources, strategy, mood, health, sleep, exercise, etc. hygiene. I know that in order to serve well, and complete projects, but I would have to start playing my cards right. People don’t want to work after coronavirus and unemployment benefits I do, but I am also building a business. That is two different mindsets there. One lazy, waiting for the hand out. The other ambitious, searching for the payout. Big difference. What side of the fence are you on? I have had 3 to 4 people working for me at a time before. Nowadays I prefer myself and maybe one person if they are hard-working and basically begging me for work. I can turn people down really easy. I rely on myself.Others get in the way too often and I had enough of it. Even a phone call can disrupt the flow. At least from the wrong person. I developed a one-man system. My tools are more reliable than man. — At least, the present day man. They are weak and lazy. Enough said I do everything in my business because it’s my obligation. I created the business. Like a baby, I must nurture it. My care for everything shows where I am at in my own head. Jobs slipping? Must be careless. Or lack of something. Lack of motivation? Support? What? There are programs and courses for that, don’t let that be the issue. Let the issue be do you have five dollars. Craigslist? Have you heard of it? I have. It brings me lots of money with the right formula. First you have to have something to offer. Next you are going to need clients. You are going to need the right time, and tools in place to execute the clients need. It should not be that difficult if you know what you’re doing. I have been doing yards for 12 years, but with all the experience has contributed to the way I execute jobs nowadays. Have I failed before on craigslist? Hell yeah and I am not afraid to do it. I can own up to it. — However I never gave up and published up the service each time until I got it right. I discovered that there are more than one way to complete the task. Sometimes I just have to select the right plan. So with each five dollar ad that I run, I place it on services farm and garden category of craigslist. Before March 2018 it was free, but to weed out spammers and also profit, craigslist started charging a fee of five dollars per post. Each ad may land me 2-5 jobs. Charge anywhere from $125-$350 or more for these jobs to be complete. With the right tools the time it takes to complete is anywhere from two hours to eight hours. Sometimes multiple days depending on what I get roped into. Either way, I am not timed, I just keep track of the stats. I need to know if my performance is why I do it. It helps me do better on the next run, or to know that I am achieving well. But with the five dollar ad, I know for a fact I will get work. It’s a no-brainer not to do it or I mean to do it.You know what I mean it’s a wise investment. — My strategy with the ad is in the structure. I always start by asking if they are inserts for the service. Explain that for the past 12 years I have been assisting Tucson residence with quality yard service. I include my phone number, before and after photos of my work, and a call to action call or text today or submit photos of the work, for a quote. It’s not about proper quoting for most jobs. We just want to know how much you are willing to pay, or are you willing to pay our rates? We already know how to do the work and complete it well. You have selected the right company. Me working my system. You will get a wonderful experience. Do not get ripped off by these other guys. Anyway I have worked with people, and have work alone. I have discovered that other people can interfere with the process. Without the right training, they just get in the way. Working alone, I am able to take my time, and just rely on the tools. The tools don’t have to pick up their kids from daycare, or a have to rush home to the wife. — Intrinsically, I can work at my pace, and earn income from it. In 12 years I have operated on many scales. The solo mission definitely put good personal wealth into your pocket. Also remember that nobody needs to know how much you have unless you let them know. That’s one of man’s greatest secrets. If you can keep it that way. Most people cannot, because they are on some type of social charades, comparing lives as to who is better. Anyway, if you are up to building a business, run an ad in craigslist service section instead of three for $7.50 redbull at the convenient store.That includes the section. Saving + Money Games Chapter 3 When working on earning a living’s income, I have to keep meticulous notes. I need to know gross income, net income, wages and expense. I scrape 10% off the net income and do not fucking touch the shit. Unless I absolutely have to, I will utilize the savings for investment. If the investment succeeds I can start a second saving seed, after replacing the borrowed income. I try to just focus on one saving seed. That is more than, — most people have for themselves. So, welcome to the savings world. A $500 sale produces $50 towards savings.If net on that was $375 due to $125 and some odd expense like gas, dump, wage, food, then it’s $37.50 savings. Either way it adds up, and also motivates the mind to seek more sales. Then there is the point of you, where do you multiply an expense by 10 X. $60 phone bill? No problem! Where am I do to earn a $600 sale. Net say 480 and put $48 into savings. This now establishes a master and duplicate technique. One person helped you produce $600 sale someone else can do the same.Go find them. Imagine selling advertisement packages $350 a phone call. Find the leads and close them. Over and over again. This is true mastery and it’s finest. Get good at what you do.So good that you are great and can teach your skills to others. Play mind games in M4 10 sales of $350 a day. $3500? Sure why not? Flip a home and earn thousands like $76k. Scrape $7600 savings there. — You can jump ahead majorly like that. Just play the game. Some days I have walked past lazy individuals with nothing going on for them.I walk past them and return with $125 richer than when I left. Them passed out on the couch.So I think every time I walk past these lame fucks, I return with more gold. I, not them, put in the work. And not to hate on them I speak of, but real men know when other men are not doing what they’re supposed to, in order to live a fulfilled life.The games they play are much different from the games that I play. While they spend on liabilities, I spend on investments and assets. They lose and I earn. Two different lifestyles and mindset. Sunday is the game is to freeze all spending, and work from the change jar. This could be good but at the same time the loss aversion could be preventing new profit. — Play it like sports and just compete to earn more paper on a daily basis. Sometimes it can just be a plan. Set a goal, break down the plan in a huddle then go fucking do it. The games we can play in our own mindset is a skill in itself. There is this truck simulator game I’ve been seeing people play on Facebook live. It’s like a gamer channel. It’s so cool that I downloaded the demo version. After about four hours of play, I’m like why don’t I just drive my truck like it’s the game and just transport away? Hauling loads, hitting maintenance jobs whatever that may be. Every time I am behind my truck steering wheel and serving my people, it’s like playing the simulator. It’s like, why waste four hours playing a game that brings you nothing, when you can be playing in reality, and earning something? Play the simulator in real life and where it becomes play. Let’s Wholesale Chapter 4 Many people are getting into this new real estate game, called flipping. Also another strategy called wholesaling. — It’s not difficult really. You just need to know where are you stand as far as capital and relationships. Also the level of risk that you are willing to take. With slipping, you need some skin in the game. Use your own capital or partner with someone, but be sure the work is split equally. Nothing like having a partner that dumps the whole entire project on you. Unless you prefer it that way, then go for it. Flips may take six months a year. Maybe less depending on the game plan. I personally enjoy working from the ground up. It’s not just because that’s how I was raised, but because I like to see the prize built from day one.This allows me to understand details much easier than if I just dove right in. So Wholesaling is like a ground a project. You start with the homeowner and sparkly relationship, let them know you want to buy their house in or sell the house. Do you say you want to buy it could be untrust and misleading or deceptive if caught, but to explain that you want to help. — Sell makes you look like any other smuck looking to make a buck. So you’re clever with what route to take. To say you want to buy so may want you to be prequalified through a mortgage company. Usually in the eyes of the buyer a.k.a. “Wholesaler” the funding always falls through. The point though is to lock the homeowner to a “Purchase of Real Estate Agreement” agreement allowing the buyer to secure the property. Also it gives access to the property to sell. All property comes with the property unless excluded on the agreement document. Once locked into a legal agreement, you can now sign another contract to a motivated buyer who has capital or investor with the same criteria. Utilize a title agency to bind the contract. Be sure that your name is on the preliminary HUD, and you should be good to get paid from there. Wash, rinse, repeat. This is a true legit duplication of mastery system. Understand it. Take action, make the calls, so the virtual tour or personal tour, and schedule in the closing dates. Easy Peezy. Find sellers easily through marketing the five dollar ad strategy on craigslist. Just be sure to take calls and serve your people. Play signs around that say we buy homes cash with your phone number. Create a website with a lead generation form and capture sellers information. Depending on how your form is set up, you can also capture buyers, investors, lenders, other wholesalers, etc. It’s all in the organize system. Your system. Your business, your creation and complete control of what steps that you want to take. Go local, nationwide, or worldwide. Whatever you decide, just go. Got it done and check off another money strategy. — One last way to find sellers is to utilize the Zillow app. Filter homes for sale by owner and get the phone number, address, price, days on Zillow, and any additional information of value like bedroom and bathroom etc. Make a list and call them up. Meet with them and sign, or do over email and sign. 21st-century technology allows for this. A homeowner who may have been trying to sell for 120 days might be willing to let you sell or risk another 120 days. Some don’t really care if they sell or not, and others don’t want to be scammed. It’s up to you to overcome their objections. Somethings you want to negotiate a lowball price. Let them know that you can get what they have it listed at maybe talk down to increase your end of the profit, but the first step is to get the contract if purchase. This is your permission to sell basically. Knight In Shinning Armor Chapter 5 This chapter is dedicated to emotion, feelings, dopamine the good — feeling that we reach for. Our blessings of life. The feeling of being free, and alive. Out here in the universe, with all of this around us. For real, what is all this? I politely asked myself.Every day trying to make the best sense of it all. The people, the way they act, the way I act, and all of the lessons that have came my way. The so-called training that now makes me. Should I bless others with who I am? Or should I stay introverted? It’s really my choice. What direction is the dopamine moving in today? Well it’s whatever. Let’s look at the big picture. I am out here on my own. Really! Ask for help? Some laugh in your face.They love to see a man down. Others though, want to help. They can help, because they are in a position to do so, and have chosen to say yes! I will help this poor soul. Even if they are a piece of shit. Maybe my love will bring them to a greater mindset.Some people just take and will never feel — blessed. As they are being blessed, they will never understand what is happening to them. The Goodwill most likely not be passed along. It’s tough out there, but you have to be your own Knight in Shinning Armor. Honor, and trust. Hard honorable soul that reaches out to all and blesses them. As in my last transaction I earned $1000. In order to do it, I had to adopt a Kight in Shinning Armor mentality. I did all the weed whack in, all the tree trimming, and all of the hauling. The guy across the street comes up and wants to schedule. The next time I come out in two weeks. When I come back and do his property he introduces me to his wife. She is a manager at an airport parking service. She has a manager was in a bind. The previous company that was hired for the landscaping work did the wrong property and still got paid. — She had a budget of $1000 and I agreed to get it done. I cannot do it in three days as she had requested but it was complete with perfection. I took nine days and 15 dump runs plus all of my available resources. There was the FS 91 R. That breaks down from weed eater to chainsaw to hedger attachment. The basic rake, loppers, tarp, blower, straps to hold the tarp down, the truck, and all sorts of vendors such as Circle K and ampm that provided gas and snacks plus drinks. Brush and bulky maps are in their vision. Both Tucson and Phoenix. They love to work from the ground and basically question themselves constantly. What is the next move to make? Somewhat like a game of chess. In the King’s case, it was what he knew how to perform best.What can he excel in with his high-performance habits? From landscaping to marketing. What is brewing away in his subconscious? It’s all sales, but a map to the door, for a purpose, by a deadline, for a cheaper cost, and less of a hassle. Since I am no longer drinking and focusing on production I can really explain it, again, in better detail. Get motivated and stay three steps ahead. Work the scheduled areas and hunt down the homes. The city is a resource here, and they are on your side. Why would you not utilize the system? Lack of knowledge of the system or you guessed it, laziness LOL! Let’s work this fucking brush and bulky strategy and let’s make some fucking money. These right here are real A.D. architect plans.In order to get the map, you must download them from the city website. That concludes this module on brush and bulky the official blueprint. The Magnificent Change Bag Chapter 8 I have here $8.32 in a Ziploc bag. The change consists of pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters. The texture is dirty. However, the value remains the same. Currently the United States of America is on the change shortage crisis, so it could possibly be worth slightly more. Anyway, I am known to turn shit into gold. So how can I turn this bag of change into more gold? I could get a musical instrument and play freelance downtown.I could make bead necklaces and bracelets — out of excess weed eater twine that would cost the investment of beads and connectors unless I can pull some free resources. I can turn the change into a deposit on a card then place a five dollar craigslist ad online and scale one landscape job, or a scale a marketing gig with a small business owner. One time I lived off of dollar items that I paid for with change since it was minimal cost. Anything one dollar to two dollars easily charge $5 on it. I am using bills or card. I could give away my change as a kind gesture. That does pump the brakes on any possible opportunity I had to earn with that change. I could hunt down more change and add it to the batch. Start a change saving seed on top of my 10% cash net sales seed. In this entrepreneur business, there are so many different roads to travel on. So many decisions and truth is none of them are the right ones and none of them are the wrong ones. You have to go with your heart and choose. Choose and build. — As I did laundry I discovered more change in some shorts that I was washing. Then I hit the dryer and found $.11 of someone else’s change. So I added all of that to the Ziploc. See what I mean when I say growing? Just add a little bit as you go. This is a great way to accomplish something big overtime. Anyway next time you see a penny laying on the ground and step over it, think about the Ziploc growing. You as a financial Ziploc grower, have missed an opportunity to grow by 1 cent. Advertisement & Marketing Chapter 9 12 years ago, I knew a business needed marketing. Since I was getting ready to grow my business, I wanted to advertise on various online platforms. Become number one on Google, and have signs out in public. However the Internet gave me all the leverage that I needed. It’s not all about posting, but how you are posting. What separates you from the rest of the business typhoons? I figured that anyone can post an ad with contact information stating call or text us today. However, without a proper interview a homeowner is taking a chance. — The interview may take place over the phone or in person on an estimate, but the real click in the brain that says yes at that moment is in this small secret. You have to include pictures of your work. Make sure it’s your word, and not passing off as stolen photos from Google or another company. That is same in an unethical business practice. Your work displays best when you perform well. So as you market leads and gain work, take before and after photos for the purpose of getting the potential client brain to click and say, yes this is the company that I want to hire. It kind of instills the type of confidence behind a decision and deal, plus gives you more chance to gain the job. I have tried short videos, and it does not get as much responses pictures. Why? Because the picture tells 1000 words. Also I have found that a discount works well also. Senior discount, military discount, government worker discount, and many more. You are the captain of the ship. You decide to discount. — Not everybody needs a discount though. Extremely wealthy people who spend like bawlers do not want the discount. Only the frugal rich would want the discount. And remember if they don’t budge at a discount when offered, them if they ever liked the discount.Seriously, how about you write your own deal, and I will tell you if I except or not. You are not trying to sell them. This shows that you are on their side, when you allow them to control the deal. Outside of Internet there are the traditional ways. Door-to-door, flyers, mailers, outbound phone calls, etc. I for one, have picked up majorly on the flier end of business. From flyer squad to the flier tracking list, we have it on lock. Any job in your neighborhood present the opportunity to blanket the whole neighborhood. If working alone, I go down one side of the street, then cross at the end, and walk back in order to cover the other side of the street. If working in pairs one guy on — one side of the street and another guy on the other set of houses on the other side. If there are only one row of houses, then go every other house. When completing a whole street, zigzag all the way from north to south or vice a versa. Do this until the whole neighborhood is covered with your marketing flyer advertisement. Some companies only do the three houses across the street, plus the one left and one right at the house you are working with. Kind of like a star symbol. I don’t think that’s enough marketing, but it does allow for the surrounding neighbors who most likely saw you working, and might want your contact information for future reference. When it comes to marketing it’s all in the hands you shake in the face as you see. The more people you communicate with the more deals you will have go down for you. So don’t just post and wait a bite. Make your business your life. Let it be known what you do, and that you enjoy what you do. It’s no trouble to take care of that for you. Your marketing becomes a part of customer service. Your marketing will bring you sales, intern will bring you opportunities to increase your level of customer service. What else can I do for you? Not just to experience your car nature, but support your car nature in hard work. The word of mouth going around is great advertisement and marketing. Kindness goes a long way. Creativity can also be a major factor to consider when marketing and advertising content. A logo and design template for your website or vehicle wrap, is another way to separate yourself from the other companies. Not only that it allows your client to remember you buy the logo only. No words. Just like Pepsi or Toyota. We see the symbol and know the product. This is known as branding. It may take a little while for you to brand to gain popularity and be — recognized, but when it does, people are not going to forget it. Nor will they forget you if you establish yourself as associated with the brand CEO or investor, background guy, whatever it may be. Just know people care about the brand separately from the creator. So if the CEO John Smith has a fucking Instagram and is posting discounts about his brand, most likely John’s followers will not reach for the discount. If the brand Instagram throws out the promotion, well, roll in the customers. It creates a different environment, in turn creates a different response. Just don’t waste time and piss off potential sales because you are posting from the wrong fucking social media accounts. Be organized in your business, and make moves towards asset fundamentals. Not liabilities through mistakes, lack of information, and just flat out carelessness. Give a fuck what goes on, and make the right moves. The Flyers are awesome, but I rollerblades, way more awesome. Example of a right move to speed — up the flier process. Plus when people see you roll up on wheels, they instantly think cool. This may entice them to wanna buy from you. Also, if you are afraid of someone seeing you walk up and answering as you placed a flyer saying I don’t want your trash. Get the fuck off my property. You are basically in and out before any of this could happen. It’s a combination of an extroverted activity and working as an introvert. Incognito, in and out. Rollerblading can also be introverted but in this book it’s referred as extroverted mainly because it’s a sport that usually is competed with more than one person. Some marketing from rollerblades can be very fun and rewarding. Motel Headquarters Chapter 10 As a man out on their own looking to serve their fellow man kind, it’s great to get away from reality sometimes. Check into a motel as if it’s a business trip vacation. Establish it as a headquarters or office to work out of. It should offer a Wi-Fi service, but if not, a — great back up would be to use your hotspot on your cell phone. There is a phone if you don’t actually have service and need to do outbound calls. If that option doesn’t work use Wi-Fi in a text now number. I personally travel with my laptop, microphone, and two iphone SE 2nd edition. Also my debit and credit cards that fund all of my business adventures. The bed provides a good rest spot to relax. I basically just lay back in bed and handle whatever work is on my plate. If it sales, maybe outbound calls or emails. If recruiting, a five dollar ad on craigslist gigs or hop on Omegle and do some nationwide or worldwide recruiting. It’s all about reaching for a better lifestyle. Every person is different in their own way. We all need to survive. A motel ads as a symbol for survival. It provides shelter, and a workspace. The proper mindset aligned with the right goal, will turn the experience into a quality investment for your money and time. I personally like to check in at 11 AM. — This is because it gives me 24 hours to get my time aligned and goals met. It puts me in a position to go for a good 8 hours and work and 8 hours sleep. Late night chickens are really only good for sleep and a shower. Anyway for $80 per night, it’s good to have a goal to make at least $800. Or anywhere above $80. Make that money back during your motel experience. Only do one day unless you are really racking in the books. It can get expensive renting a motel for multiple days. If you have to, there are package deals, that can offer you a better deal and balance out the bill a little bit.Food and drinks will start to cost also, so again try to have a house or an actual place that you can cook. Even fast food gets expensive. Again, unless you know your finances are in order then go for it, but broke? watch your budget.Motels are checking places, don’t make it a habit unless you’re addicted to the hustle, and have a master and duplication strategy in place that — can bring you massive amounts of funds. Even hookers trap out of motels and make bank, however you are a business minded not solicitation for anything more. Your motel if you’re headquarters, make that business though, and let the night be a great part of your portfolio and experience. Chase 50 Chapter 11 Chase is a bank and one of the greatest in America. They offer a referral program that can pay someone $50 for each person that they refer. You are allowed 10 people referrals per year, giving you a total of $500 for your efforts. Chase does not care about the money. They only care about the money being stored in their accounts as well as credit cards, mortgages and other services. When recruiting people from my end, I reach for those that I can include on my team. Those that can bring me for them, just $50. For me it’s not just getting any person. I want employee were the people who can bring me more clients and help build my business. My — vision. The first thing I want for them to do is get their first 10 people. Though if they are only after the $500 that’s OK too, but they are also more than welcome to bring theirs into my overall opportunity. Which is basically advertising, landscaping, and helping others reach prosperity in their lives. We all want to do better. Better beyond $500. A better mindset, and to truly see value in the assets we have. The $500 is easy seed money, that can be reinvested back into something that can produce more and more. The mindset of understanding that master and duplicate can be used somewhere and or to serve your people, combinations with the seed money. It’s nice to have, with a quality mindset. A poor mindset, would spend the money on stuff that really brings no value. Like movies, or furniture. Jewelry and just pointless materialistic items. A rich mindset would purchase tools and put them to work. Put them — to work in order to serve their people, and to serve them well. Once all is said and done, confidence can be developed. Education factor can now be instilled, to where it can be talk to others. This is why the team is there. It’s part of the flow of life. Find your flow and see how awesome life would feed you. Go get your Chase 50 complete today, to get the ball rolling. A.D. Affiliates Chapter 12 Other than Chase 50, there are other online affiliate programs that you can join. They all pay well. They pay you anywhere from 2% to 30% depending on the program. When I first started out I joined a free program called click bank that introduced me to thousands of vendors. These vendors had their own packaged information sold as a course, that affiliates could generate their own hot links and start promoting for usually 50% of the deal. The commissions were high because the product is already — in position in the automated system ready to be sent in seconds as soon as the purchase goes through. I have broken down the system overtime into my own system. I let my sales page sell my product. The PayPal button sets the price and redirect them to the course information. The redirect is what creates the automation. In other areas it’s a lead capture form that will ask for a name, phone, and email. Once provided the user is redirected to the information on the sales page for further purchase. I have even thought of a segment where the user pays to fill out the form, then redirected a price of $.99 for some valuable information. On PayPal button $.99 for redirect to the information no form. The form is just great to have their information in your email auto responder or phone blaster system when marketing to your list for more sales. Marketing or announcements. — The automation system is so awesome that you can schedule emails to be sent out twice a week at specific times. A weber is an email auto responder system that offers an affiliate program. This means you can use the tool and sell the tool. Hell, use the tool, to sell the tool itself. Remember you are the king and this is your kingdom. So you decide what the best move to make is. Affiliate and automation equals a great life of freedom. This is why a regular job for an entrepreneur just isn’t possible. Today as I drive back from a maintenance, I noticed a couple of piles of gravel on the side of a residential property along with people outside. As I continue to drive I was thinking to myself, this is a perfect opportunity to earn myself an extra $200-$400, if I can learn this job. Plus it says the bar in my mind. This Hass to be done or else I will never know. The worst that can happen is they tell me — no or don’t come back at all. Either way, I know I tried, and can aim for more anytime I see this situation. Same with any signs that have phone numbers, names, and any additional information of value. I have the combination to success, not the keys to success. The combination is motivation, service to offer, ability to move and communicate, tools, burning desire to do business, confidence to complete without hassle, ability to complete alone or with a team, ability to recruit and manage a team, and so much more. I can scale for the combination and can possess the combination. Even when communicating with people, I am scouting for who they are. Searching for cues and clues along with potential red flags. This helps me determine if they are good use to the growth of my vision. Are they smart and non-violent? Do they need lots of guidance, and are they violent? It’s these fundamentals that can determine a persons value to you. In some cases like for protection you may want a violent person on your side — but you will want to be sure that they possess a positive mindset. And intelligent mindset. That way they don’t get themselves into trouble or killed or turn on you in anyway. Play those cards correctly with a passion. Scouting helps filter out these types of mindsets. Remember that most people will only tell you about how good they are. That’s all gravy, but scout for the bad in an individual. What makes them tick? And be sure to avoid any action that may cross you in, enter twine you, or rope you into their chaos. Scout for opportunities to build quality relationships and finance. Scout for fun, and better ways to live life. Scout for the feel goods. Like get yourself a dog and call them scout. Man’s best friend integrated as a noun in man’s best interest to act it as a verb. I scout for these types of lines as I write. You can say scouting for those lines to write out, fires up dopamine in my brain. I feel that has a lot to do with why I am a writer — and write about any subject of choice. The freedom that many scout for it is here, in the writing, and the choice behind what is written verifies the truth behind the freedom. Again another line of dopamine. And search that there is also more to life than sex, drugs, and rock ‘n’ roll. Rap music in my case. There is pleasure in all walks and sources of life. Some are more hidden than others. You just have to scout for it. Even headhunters for a mindset of scouting for the right faces and bodies for acting or modeling. It’s just the way that life is designed. You want something? You have to scout for it. Keep searching until you eventually find it. Never give up. Never limit yourself, ever. Never ever ever, because as soon as you stop, your next move could be where the gold lyes. That includes a section on scouting . STR8 2 The Goal Chapter 13 When a person is given a task, sometimes the task gets delayed. Sometimes the — task never gets complete, and the other times it is done with perfection. What I have noticed thought that sometimes there is certain unnecessary delay. Procrastination and somewhat of a scope of laziness. In thinking grow rich, Napoleon hill speaks on a letter to Garcia. A man who is hiding in the mountains and can’t be found needs to be sent a letter from someone. The messenger must go straight to the goal of delivery. Don’t be like most men who stop for a drink or just one more day of rest. Someone who does not need to start multiple times before actually getting down to business. I think about this in myself. Where I want to get some tasks done, but there is gas to pump, and people to see. Convenient store stops for energy drinks become more frequent. Next thing I know three hours has gone by. Shit, if I would have just gone straight to the task, I would already be complete, and then I can flow onto the next necessary task or goal. So for me, I said the bar for bell work. My work being a small — yard cleanup or taking two hours to work on me. Exercise, shower, eat. My usual jumping to the game strategy is drink and energy drink first thing in the morning, the BLAM straight is the first task Brighton early around 630 to 7 AM. From there it usually takes three hours or so leading me in to lunch. It is somewhat unhealthy to skip breakfast and consume an energy beverage. One being the sugar and caffeine, and to for a lack of nutrition in the food that you are consuming. So one, I either work on myself and wake up, then work or jump right into it with an energy drink. Another way is he just purposely procrastinate. If it’s going to be done, get it done and MoveOn. Go plan to waste time on a movie, or video games, social media, just staring into space, a hobby, or anything that you desire. Then once you get bored of playtime, get your ass to work. Serve your people, and make some money. There will be many people who will roadblock your flow. — Do not let these individuals get in your way of aiming directly for what’s important. Bulldoze through them and stay focused on your mission. Only you can truly see the vision. If you have to break down your goal long term over multiple days, let it be so. Just know, that every day is going straight to your vision in any effort applied is going to get you closer to the finish line. Thinking about procrastination or not wanting to get a task done? Just jump right into it. Refresh your mind. Think about how blessed you are to have the opportunity in those who would love a chance at it. Think about the last task on your list just waiting for one to get it done. That you have done so much more complicated tasks before and this is nothing. That is a Knight in shining armor and king, you already possess the confidence. Think about what is actually stopping you, and dissolve it. It is tiredness? laziness? lack or resources? — You tell me. Either way, feel the anxiety of the strong hold, and break free of it. Dissolve that motherfucker like a body and acid. Anyway, don’t be a lazy bum and block your blessings. Go for the goal! Get it done. Some ways to get over the procrastination would be to check your financial stats. Oh I have $5000 if I do this it will put me at $5100. If I don’t I might as well flush those funds. This could be a time to serve your people. Get excited to see the results. Also get excited for the reward. Remember when serving they are calling on you and no one else. Don’t let issues get in the way of serving. Now go and get her done. Also think about expensive habits, and remember, that in order to have those, must serve and continue to serve. Remember to not be looped into other peoples distractions and negative mindset. Escape it and restore self-esteem by high-performance where your love and respect is truly welcomed. Now get her done. — That includes this module. Landscaping Olympic Games Chapter 14 In my days of landscaping I have found many ways to integrate fun into the workload. This is how I get through many of my days. If you enjoy what you do, then you will never work a day on your life. As I would complete the work load, alone, I would ponder to myself that if I had one more person to compete against, then I would complete it before them. For example, box out an area of weeds 10’ x 10’ space and see who can hula ho the area of the quickest. You can also see who can rake it up and bag it the fastest. At the completion of each, the work will be judged based on quality of work such as attention to detail, and tools selected. With this special game within the landscaping system, culture can be created. When prizes as we compete against each other and soon other landscape companies nationwide to worldwide. Trophies and medals can be handed out to the winners of each event. It can be recorded by G4 or A & E, ESPN, Fox Sports, and sponsors like Echo and Sthil can be introduced to the picture. Tik Tok sponsor, Nike or Addidas, Puma, any brand. We need checks, we need creation, and we need TV views. Welcome to the world of television. That is a vision beyond visions on my agenda. At the same time, the Olympic Landscaping Games would provide a form of training that create a fast and efficient work style. I’ve seen logger competitions, where they chainsaw their way to the finish line. And some shows axe the log all the way to the finish line. If competing with staff on job sites, this will increase productivity. The rewards are complete jobs and get paid. The reward is money. You can never have too much money. Imagine brush and bulky sales staff, competing for most sales in the ADL Olympic games. The vision is real. — I know that when working people, hard in the heat, there is potential to lose weight. I thought that was amazing when someone told me that they dropped a few belt sizes in the 5 to 7 days that they were working with me. Even walking door-to-door handing out flyers is exercise for a potential weight loss. I did the competitive side of ADL Olympic Landscaping Games, and you had a whole cycle of productivity. From training to health with weight loss and exercise. It’s just adding in a little competition factor into the mix. Nothing more nothing less. As a teenager back in 2001, I was all about competing. I would high-performing almost anything I did. First place cross country running. Solo plays of the trumpet in band. I was top student in my class for quickest multiplication problem solver. My grades were not always easy but could have been. I really just wanted to get through the class. On with life, so I would sometimes rush — through my work projects. At times I would do all homework ahead of time that way it was out of the way. It was easy for me to see the questions asked at the end of the chapter, then go back into the content and find the answers. Put the answers on a looseleaf paper in an organize format and wait a couple of weeks to turn the lesson in. These habits help me excel beyond the students in my class. Not so much the rushing work. I just know that a C or a B is still passing and that’s all that matters. So when it comes to competition, I can easily reflect back to my younger days. I even had a friend that we challenged each other just as a way to play and past the time. We taught each other how to juggle, pogo stick tricks, jumping scooters, basketball trick shots, clothes styles, and much much more, when he moved out of the neighborhood in 2004, I was 16 and take away my friendly competition. I was somewhat loss from there, but still — grew out of it. It’s like people move away all the time. It’s up to you to find new relationships and move on from there. Nowadays I feel like the best competition to face is yourself. Are you doing better than you did yesterday? Are you leveling up in the right direction? Because remember that at the end of the day, you reflect back on what you did for you. Did you do anything at all? And can you live with your decisions? Any other competition is fun and games. The way that you compete with yourself is a serious task to participate in. You don’t want to disappoint yourself, and you don’t want to anger yourself. Just please yourself on a daily basis with success and accomplishments. And easy accomplishment is not to beat yourself up, even if you don’t succeed. I understand tomorrow’s another day or next time. Also pat yourself on the back for how far you have come and give yourself some credit. Some fucking positive reinforcement. — That includes this chapter. Consistency and Flow Chapter 15 In this module I want to discuss consistency and flow. This is how success can be defined. At least from this point of you. What is your ability to transition? Can you go from accomplishment right into marketing? Can you do outbound calls from your vehicle after having an intense workout? Or go from procrastination to activity producing outcomes? Like let me prepare by procrastinating, then Bam! Outbound calls with a mastery and duplication system. When wholesaling it’s nice to say hey, 15 calls one contract, one meet up on Saturday. Now properly flow your way towards this meeting. What can be done in between? How can one bounce from one positive scene to the next? As soon as potential negative aspects come your way, find it in your best interest to flow right past it. Your mastery and duplication system is every time evil comes, you steer — clear of the roadblock. Steer clear of that interference and go find yourself some good in this world. Find some accomplishments and flow your way towards that direction. Let your emotions flow in a kind hearted type of way. When angered, flow that bottled up pressure in the direction of achievement. Satyr depressed? Squash it and flow your way towards happy scenes. Feel socially distressed? flow your way to a peaceful scene. I have found that even at peace, people will notice it, and try to destroy it. They will thrive to become the center of attention. They will try to break your focus and quality mindset with a shit behavior. Like they really just want for you to look up and stop producing quality within your own life. Like nobody wants to start positive production to see sit, or assist with shit, or get affected by shit. I write to let my pen or pencil flow out the thoughts on my mind.This is intrinsic value for me. It’s escape, why would I wanna stop this?, To answer some weak ass questions? Or to give some — type of reaction or head nod. OK so you lost your job? What the fuck do you want me to say to that? Go get another one, or be happy that you don’t have to work. Like shit, I’m trying to read and write. However, no how do I identify these types of behavior and flow it out of my conscience. Same with women and how distracting they are. Saying they are down for you and will be on your side. Calling someone babe, and gaslighting you thinking that hey I have finally found one. No no no.It will not last forever. This gets inserted into a little pink dot and then it gets to flow right into a nice black background in forever be dissolved. It’s the only way for me to keep my focus on what’s important. The real flow of reality. My current flow is to magnet myself towards anything that is going to bring me up in life. Anything that contributes to survival. Anything that contributes to quality dopamine.I flow towards quality. My intuition connect me well. — My anxiety creates an alert that something, is wrong here. Girlfriend has me doing this for her and that for her. I don’t mind, but when I feel like a servant to some bitty bop, that is not proper flow in my world. If as a team we are accomplishing goals, then I would consider that proper flow. Someday shit will fly so horribly, that proper flow may get interrupted, and almost impossible to set on track again. I have discovered that if thrown off, find a way to rediscover your confidence. When experiencing proper flow, try your best to not get thrown off. You know subconsciously what to avoid. If you allow it to affect you then, it’s your fault. Letting in the evil could be as simple as answering the phone call, or agreeing to help someone. Bumping into a past photo, and listening to all their bad experiences. No, fuck that. I don’t wanna hear that shit. Cannot have that fucking up my flow. 15 Paid Accomplishment Chapter 16 — I believe it was fall 2017 when I first started the 15 page accomplishment videos. These were selfie videos of myself showing off the check or cash that I earned from accomplishing a landscaping job. The idea was to push through the list of jobs with motivation to create the videos that would eventually get marketed to others as a series to motivate someone to get out there and get some accomplishments under their belt. It would show the total amount from all 15 jobs in hell in the long run it’s worth it. I was able to toss in a bonus 10 jobs for a total of 25. What I would say it would be something like this. “I just completed the John Franklin job and it was worth a total of $350. He has a desert style property of about 3 acres with a lot of trees and bushes. It took two days, one day four hours, and the next three for a total of seven hours. The tools are used were a rake, 10 bags, the blower, chainsaw, loppers, truck, — ratchet straps, a tarp, and extreme motivation.I was paid with this check (shows check to camera), and now it’s time to move on to the next.”If you can imagine 15 of these videos ready to be sold on the market two other people in order to get them motivated to work and really earn that dollar. No matter if it’s cash form, check form, or online deposit. It’s still a proper move for mankind to make in life. For me, unfortunately the hard drive failed, and I had to accept my loss of those videos.However, I could always start fresh with a 2021 series, or wait for 2020 to 2023 to jump on it again. As an entrepreneur, I have many projects already lined up. Some of them, I have already been pre-paid. So out of trust, I have to be able to get it done. As I tell others, be careful what you sign up for because, you may just have to take time and extreme efforts to do what you say. — Out of honesty, and being an honorable knight in shining armor, you are in position to take your service, as you serve your people well to outstanding Heights. Get out there, and start your own 15 paid accomplishments. Show off your checks, cash, and screenshots. Use your cell phone video camera to flow in the video as you can pleat the jobs and collect the payments. There were times, that I had deposited the check before I did the video, and either had to cut that one out or explain what had happened and show the receipt of the deposit, or screenshot from my online bank account. So don’t make the same mistakes that I did. I hope that you can create some great accomplishment videos. Throw them up on YouTube, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Get exposure. Once they are created, sell them as a motivation course. Creating horses or another great stream of income. Which leads us into the next chapter. Video, Audio, & Document Courses Chapter 17 In this chapter I will explain how I have created video courses and uploaded them to a Facebook page. That is one great perk of Facebook. You can make various pages free of cost. The only way they end up charging you is through sponsored ads and even those you do not have to purchase. Just make the free page and promote the link yourself. You can gain lakes by offering something in exchange to like the page, such as a free soda with the purchase of a single burger no combo. Or keep in touch with our free food updates by liking our page. For me, it’s all about utilizing the page as an asset. I will only upload training videos to the page, then charge people to access it. An automated system that as soon as the payment goes through, they will be redirected to the Facebook page. — The training will consist of about 10 to 20 videos. Each video will be approximately two minutes long, one minute long, or 30 seconds. Either choice will be done for the length of all the videos. I then write out a numbered list of topics to teach about. As I create each video, hi continue to run down the list. Some videos are not establish on the first try. Sometimes it may take 5 to 10 tries to get it right, then I move on to other topics on the list. It Hass to be done in consecutive order. This is because when they get uploaded to Facebook, it’s done from last topic to first. This way when the videos uploaded, it’s finished with video one on your list. You may need to wait until each video is done before uploading the next. This will ensure that it’s in consecutive order. You can then copy and paste the topic title into your page. Play the video to be sure that you are placing the right title on your video. When creating the video you will want your first sentence — to be the title topic. All this helps create the page in an organized manner, and reduces mistakes. Also once the format, is known, it becomes easy to slap these types of courses together and can be a very lucrative way to monetize the pages themselves as course material, or do it as a service for other entrepreneurs, and business owners. There are two ends that you can work there. When titling a course I do it in a format of author, course topic title, and the course title. So something like that with Start number one. Albert Dutton - 15 prepaid accomplishments - the title of this book, still unknown.Anyway do this numbered all the way down to the end of your video list. Name your page as the course title. Upload a chorus photo and cover photo and start promoting. At this point you should be ready to market as a second nature feature to your human behavior. It will be instilled great habit. — Keep in mind that it doesn’t have to be only the Facebook platform. You can create a blog through blogger.com or have a YouTube channel. Any platform that isn’t going to place heavy restrictions on you, would be a great place to display your course material. If you really wanted to get down to the nitty-gritty, just mail out thumb or external hard drive‘s. Are you would be doing there is transferring MP4 files to a hard drive and shipping it out in a box to your buyer.Easy simple stuff. Now you decide what road to travel in these endeavors. That concludes this chapter. Success Together Chapter 18 For years I have been at war with myself as far as being introverted or do I want to be a team? I have found overtime, that I can have less stress and have accomplished more on my own. When I think about it though, I didn’t do it all alone. Where I worked a job solo, it was a team effort with the client and anyone else that may have — been a part of the process. If the client did not have a problem, and did not call upon me to solve their problem, and if I didn’t show up with the right tools and mindset, it would have not been complete. So in that aspect it’s not alone. Then I start being grateful for the resources that I have available to myself. Imagine needing gas and no gas station is available. Not anywhere. You would be walking. If you really want to break it down in those terms, we team up with mother nature for oxygen. We team up with the universe for life living. Team up with their own thoughts to find meaning. So to be solo for certain is almost impossible. Siri stated that we have a second dimension and fourth dimension of ourselves with us at all times. We just can’t see them. True or not? There really is no way to be certain. In reality the more we can duplicate ourselves, the more we can accomplish. Imagine — being able to 500 lbs all by yourself. If you had another one of you, then you can pull 1000 pounds. And the more you add to your team the more you can pull. Just understand the more you have, the more potential to get jammed up. Something could happen, in which a monkey wrench gets thrown in the spokes of your bicycle tire and flip you go. There goes the whole enchilada. Part of success is preventing the monkey wrench so if that means having a smaller team so be it. Another option would be to reduce the liabilities. Make it impossible to fuck up. Then you can kick back in the shade and relax while you watch your numbers go up. Integrating automation in this would allow you to be able to walk away from the circulation of production, and focus your attention on other important factors of life. But, just imagine your team of people and automated robots earning you thousands per day. If you are able to put — in the work in the beginning then it will pay off in the long run. Personally, I would be able to set up a functioning automated system in 24 to 48 hours. I will most likely put in a full week or more to ensure that the gears are draining the way I want them to. I have learned that the slower you work, the more detailed you can put into your project. Fast pace is good also, but only when it calls for it. When you do something enough times you will find that balance to where you can do things quick and efficiently. Keep your eyes on the prize and remember anything that helps you hit the goal is teamed effort. That includes this chapter. Make Things Happen Chapter 19 In reality, you have to go for what you want. Have some guts encourage, and go for it. There really is nothing in your way but you. Perhaps a few toxic people, but you can cut them out easily. Many relationships start — because someone took a chance in a direction to make something happen, and someone accepted. They let them into the world and grew from there. In cases of divorce and break ups there is not much growth there. Anyway, the way to make things happen is to not be afraid of being told no. Accept that they don’t want you or your offer and move on to someone who does. There are people out there who would love to stumble upon you and your offer, however you’re yet to discover each other. Once you do, will you go for it and make it happen? I feel as if God puts people in our lives to see how we are going to handle the encounter every day. There is silence on a boss, when conversation could be sparked and lead to a more prosperous life. Conversations do you get sparked but the topics are too basic and dull. Topics on the weather, available jobs at minimum wage, talking about the struggle, news media, and other trending subjects. Nothing about coming together on multiple days — and building a seed. Something that we can create, to serve the people, and serve them well. Something both can eat off of for many years. Even generations in some past history joint business ventures. This is where all the magic happens, because someone made something happen. Every day there are opportunities to help people, to work in sales and multiply numbers. To work for yourself and just pick up the damn phone and call on for sale by owner homes for the wholesale home run. Do the necessary steps in order to reach the goal, and dismiss anything that gets in the way. Think of an idea with your infinite imagination and figure out the combination to making your dreams come true. If anyone asked for the magic formula to success, this is it right here. It starts as a thought, then it’s up to you to take the steps in the right direction to successfully win. It doesn’t take much but a — little effort back to buy a burning desire and determination to win. In this, you don’t want to let your people down. Those that are calling on the king to serve them well in his knight in shining armor suit. To quit or give up equals defeat and loss. In the eyes of the people, they would not be too happy with their king. So if the king can make things happen, especially when it’s in everyone’s favor, then he will be able to keep his throne. If a person is down on their luck, someone in position, could help them out of their situation. Especially if it is someone who is empathetic or has experienced similar situations. They would know exactly how to get out of it, based on experience, and can make it happen again. For anyone, really. So if you wanna make things happen you have to go for it. Being position where you can serve your people and serve them well, with the skills you possess, based on your experience with success in those areas. Make things happen and make them — happen today. That will some up this chapter. Reflecting Chapter 20 At the end of the day, we usually lay your head down to sleep and recharge. At the same time we are thinking back on our day and even tomorrow when we wake. But as we reflect back, do we really feel like we owned up to everything that had to be done? Did we earn? What did we learn? Or, do we just sit around and binge watch TV? Get caught up in someone’s social charades? Sleep all day and going to be up all night? Tired and exhausted from working landscaping for 10 hours? Or wasted and ready to pass out? High and ready to pass out? Chasing for sex and not important priorities? Did you spend tons of money on shit you don’t need? How about an $80-$120 dinner date? Is that even necessary to reach the goals of sex, marriage, or even just a basic relationship? Would the relationship boost a person or drag them down? So and honest truth, think about your day as, were you of value to this planet today? — Not every day Hass to be a workday. Some days you need to take a break and recharge. Go explore other areas of life, and then back to the grind. So again think, did you rest? Or, are you drinking, partying, sexing it up, not eating, laziness, etc? Exam in these moments and remove any time waste. Any liability must be dissolved. Time waste as an asset is good. For example I will plan to do nothing for three hours then I will head to the maintenance. On the fact that I do overwork sometimes, so I have to plan to watch a movie. The full movie and not fast forward through it or fall asleep. I do this because I consider watching movies time waste. Although the actors can in a way fire up the viewer and give them a sort of confidence. This is why I watch old western films. But as far as movies being time waste, I said because I had a couple of workers on a job site talking about scenes in a movie and not working. They asked me if I’ve seen such and such movie? — I replied “I do not watch movies because I do not like talking about them.“ Yes, kind of rude, but at work I work, not talk. Unless I’m giving commands, I am not talking. Unless I am talking phone calls, I am not talking. I like to be productive, so when I am reflecting back at the end of the day, that I know I didn’t burn 45 minutes talking about the latest new release. When I reflect it’s more like, did I work landscaping? Yes. Did I make outbound phone calls? Yes, 15 of them. Did I eat and sleep right the night before and tonight per se? Yes. Did I get distracted by social media? No. It’s like people all have problems in their lives, big and small. It’s about what they are doing to solve those problems, and advance their lives. Did you put in any effort? At all? Is the question. Did you help more than just yourself?There is so much to reflect on. That includes this chapter. A Million Dollar Morning Chapter 21 One thing that we all can say we — do is wake up from a nights rest. Or if we are night owls, then a days rest. Either way we wake from rest. From that point on we are truly blessed. That we got another day to live. Another day to make something happen on this earth. Unless you were dead, you still have the opportunity to live in embrace what the universe has to offer. If you would be given $1 million today, but could not spend it until tomorrow, but tomorrow you are guaranteed to die it would have no value. But give me two days and earn 1 million a day I could just have 2 million or more and still get to live to spend it. So the comparison is that life is worth more, when living, then a measly $1 million. It’s also present a type of way of living. Are you a materialistic person, or spiritual? Or both? Those who are about $1 million may fall in the materialistic category. Because their motive is for nice things, and social connection, they fall in this category. Spiritual people tend to connect more with nature, care, peace, and love. Those who fall under both have a drive for, well, both material and spiritual life. They just know how to balance out the lifestyles as a form of homeo genius. So the next time you wake up and have breakfast, think about how while you are alive, and well. Moving and capable of accomplishing lots within your day. The ability to help others, to create, to make things happen. This is the million dollars that life has to offer. Stay grateful always. As soon as you become grateful, things tend to fall into place, with less stress inflicted. I could be like fuck work, don’t think again that it’s a blessing. I have been called upon to serve my people and serve them well. May people with no job, starving would want this opportunity if presented. So why am I pushing it away? Laziness, work overload? It must be figured out. If it’s worth overload referred to a better plan or delegate tasks. All part of a plan. Or just be fucking grateful it’s there for you, and get it done. Even if the task — is presented to you as a challenge, you must think that it is there to make you a sharper individual. It’s a lesson that you had no knowledge about. God wants you to solve this challenging problem. This way the next time it presents itself, then you know exactly what steps to take. Not just you will see the win, but it’s most important to you. To solve a challenging equation sets one up for great confidence. You will where the success is a badge of honor and it just may flow you into more quality tasks of life. More quality tasks, with great rewards to benefit from. When ever challenging equations comes my way, I usually run to it, accept it, bitch about it, break down a plan, fight with it, break down the plan again, and finally come to a conclusion. These are moments that you want to pull your most valuable resources, and use them. Utilize them well. Search resources include your brain, your money, time, tools, people, and systems and strategies. — Reflect on you, and get ready to jump into combat. When I mean reflect on you, I am talking to check and see if you are in the right state of mind. Is your brain on power mode, idiot mode, auto pilot, or sleep cycle? It’s basically a checklist. Mark all checks and move forward with your million dollar day. That concludes this chapter. On The Road Chapter 22 We all find ourselves at some point lost and drifting through life. It’s not necessarily our choice, but circumstances push us into those directions. As humans, we do our best to survive the situation. Before I lay out the road living, lifestyle, let me speak upon other lifestyles first. Some people inherit a house with land and are able to start from there and build on. Sometimes the inheritance is too much and they end up selling the property. It all depends on circumstance. Some people end up paying rent and some what getting trapped in a rent , work, and pay cycle. They never get a chance — to leave their jobs and make more money. Their time is accounted for, and very little growth is performed. However I’m not knocking the job completely. It does serve as a nice Safetynet and great for training if you are just starting out in the work field. Plus running a small business is not for everyone. We still need people to manage the operations out there. Back to lifestyles, one could rent a room for cheap and escape late fees, and deposits if the terms with the landlord are lenient. Usually apartment complexes in other forms of corporate business do not care about anything but money. So if you are late, they are clapping. If a corporate employees successfully collects the debt, they could be up for promotion. If they let it slide, they could be up for termination. It’s all in the politics and culture of the situation. Corporate equals strict rules. Small business equals flexibility and empathy. From time to time I have found myself in some living situations — That have brought me to higher ground and others that have pushed me to the streets. It’s not about the direction of push, but how I handle it. I remember paying $700 per month for an apartment that I would only sleep at. I will be working all day, and never really had the time to relax. When I decided to relax, I got lazy and content. I ended up slowing down on work and eventually fell into a late payment category. That’s when corporate didn’t want to work with me, I lost motivation, and was evicted. I did not care, because at the time I had felt so alone. Nobody to listen or help. Friends were happy that I was homeless. I stayed in my storage unit at night for sleep. Sometimes on the roof of TJ Maxx. There was a house under construction I stayed at. Beautiful two-story house with a great view. I had stayed in vehicles parked at auto repair shops that were unlocked. So finding a place to sleep with no problem. — They were even times that I would rent a 2019 Chevy Silverado, but through U-Haul and camp out in that. I would rent a truck about 8 AM, go handle some landscape maintenance, and then park the vehicle and work from the cab like an office. I could charge my phone and sit in air-conditioning. Because, I have a formula to make sales through outbound calls, I can literally pull up anywhere, and make money. If I get tired, pull out the pillows and go to sleep. When you wake up the next day refreshed, you’re not thinking how shitty it is to sleep in a truck, but how good you are at escaping rent or wasting $80 a day on a motel room for the night. It’s no longer a victim scenario of eviction, but the opportunity to move somewhere better. To live in another type of way that is not participating in the program. This lifestyle is what sparked my idea for sprinter business.net plus little truck business. — net. You can take any vehicle, and with the right tools in mindset, live in work anywhere that you travel. A few years back, I wanted to hit the road, and B2B and start closing deals for advertisement. Simple promotion that gets them in one time and we go. This will give me a chance to travel and see the country at the same time, work towards millions of dollars. Now, if this isn’t freedom, then I don’t know what it is. Why are you stop at just a car or truck? People finance homes and trailers but can’t really travel with them. If I were to get a 40 foot brand new RV, not only would I be sitting better than most run down homes, but could operate it as a mobile command center. I could pull up to any campsite or Walmart parking lot and spend a few nights. Shit, pull up to a friends house or a family member‘s property and spend a few days with them. And ways of living I have seen — Property where there is one brick house, a mobile home on the land, and a workshop garage. They may have other assets like utility trailers, ATVs, motorcycles, boats, planes etc., but the mobile home, house, and shop is what’s most appealing for me. It all starts with the purchase of land. From there or you can get the necessary permits to build your home and shop. Being just land, I could dirt piles of debris for compost and save money and dump fees. It would also be great for storage, camping, and stargazing. The value of property has potential to increase. There are people who buy land and then sell for a small profit. They have no intent to live on it or build on it. So when on the road, scout out for living situation and how you would want to be living. Is the way you are currently living the best way that you truly want to live? Or, would you like to switch it up? That concludes the chapter. Serve Your People and Serve Them Well Chapter 23 This whole series of chapters has been a combination of motivation advice and just plain wisdom from one man to another human. When serving your people well, you can’t do it, if you are not well mentally or physically. It all starts with you, and then you can dominate task after task. When working a job, I usually think of the ancient Greeks and how Rome was built. They put in some incredible hard work, including lifting and carving heavy stone. Many men sacrifice their lives for some of the structures that were built over 2000 years ago. And what am I complaining about? Some yardwork? Come on, get it together. Yardwork is only as difficult as I decide to make it. Also, key points of serving your people well is to check your mindset, map, money, mentors, and measurement. I always make sure you have a positive mindset. Be happy. — Your map is the area that you are marketing in. City, state, nation. Whatever it may be. Today I was thinking that yeah I’m saving a client and traveling from Northwest Tucson to East Tucson. I am basically just cruising my truck through this little Western Village about to haul some stumps and cactus to the landfill. Then as I drive, I’m thinking damn this is kind of a lot, But I already came this far, so there’s no backing down. As I am loading and working alone, I utilize the techniques that I have establish to make the job easier. As I am working, I am thinking high-performance habits. I am also thinking it feels good to be free and not in jail. Not that I go to jail, but have been in a holding cell, and believe me it’s not fun. You don’t know if you were leaving or staying until you go to court at 9 AM. That’s how it’s set up here in Pima county. Anyway, when I was in a holding cell I’m thinking that I would love to — catch up on my schedule now. I am willing to make those outbound calls now. So think about losing your freedom, then being free as an entrepreneur. Free to serve your people and be a king and or knight in shining armor. One thing that I realized while I was in the holding cell was, that the guards with the sheriffs department work real slow, and take their time to serve requests. I had requested some gauze for my bloody lip I was bleeding for 10 hours before I was released. I should’ve never been arrested in the first place. The roommates in a toxic environment should’ve been the ones to go to jail. Either way, I studied those guards and have incorporated their style within my work. As I am serving my people, and serving them well, I am also working slow, and steady. I am taking my time to ensure that the work is done to a D landscaping quality standards. I am working intrinsically, meaning just for the internal satisfaction. I am seeking for the reward also. The money. — I am taking before and after photos of my work, and sometimes training videos or marketing commercial style videos to promote my service of landscaping. I am sometimes looking to help others gain employment through my system, but for the most part have a one-man team. I have found that self-reliance is very important. Independence if you will. To be able to be dependent on yourself. We are all a little too dependent, but that’s OK. I don’t beat myself up if I seek help nor should you. In fact seeking help is as compared to stopping somewhere and asking for directions. Don’t be afraid to ask for directions towards your goals. Someone who has been there before just me show you the way. When asking for help, don’t sound desperate. Try to sound as intelligent as possible. In sure, that you could help your assistant reach some of their goals. If you already sound like you’re winning people will come join you. If you sound like just another loser, people may help, but usually to take advantage of you. — Kings do not get taken advantage of. They find positive reliable solutions that works and everyone favor. Serving people is not always as easy as it sounds, but never give up on a challenging situation. Giving up equals defeat, and again, is something that a king would not let happen. If challenges are too difficult, a king may surrender but only to place their time elsewhere of importance. Where they can serve and be of use. The last thing that king wants to do is get jammed up or jam someone else up. It’s just not in the kings nature. In order for the king to stay sharp, he listens to podcasts and audiobooks of some of his favorite mentors. To the king, it’s like binge watching a television series. The knowledge discovered is applied to serving people well within his village and kingdom. In a year the kings knowledge has added layers of new skill sets and behaviors under his belt. His values and believes are those of a church guy. Law — abiding, customer service friendly type of person. Always happy and willing to serve. He plays a sales job as a game, and scores daily for the financial win. Not many men around here can compare to the attributes of the king. His Waze with women or astonishing. His ways of self is that of a gentleman. He walks with a smooth mysterious flow. He is at peace with himself and those around him. His mind is wrapped around how blessed he is to be on this earth. How the people around him add to the life of the party. Life as a party? Or life as an invite? An invitation to someone’s property where the king can be a value and conduct his skills at higher performance. He always impresses his customers. He can tell by the way they say wow. It’s OK though, he does not need the recognition though. He is proud to service people and he is proud to serve them well. He often things that many people are missing out on what — he has to offer. Why do they put up with the people who cannot serve them well? Instead fire them and hire the king. The king won’t let you down. It’s true that the king can have only one queen, and who ever she is will be one lucky lady. Why? Because the king was brought up so kind. By some of the best people to ever walk this earth his parents protected him, and fed him at a young age. Housed him, and showed him how to be a decent and civilized individual. They made sure that he didn’t turn into a drugged out, murderous, lazy, thieving individual. Rather the opposite and then some. So a lot of credit goes to the kings parents. And serving well, the king sometimes plays games to motivate the sale. Constant cash flow, increase each day, and aim for a number 10 X as well. Just paid $60 phone bill? No problem the king will do a $600 sale somewhere. Adding to the list, the king likes to do work in the — outfits he wears. Collared polo and some cargo shorts and a landscape job may be too. See how the games are being played? The king loves to play games, because without them, he would most likely be average. Some call them mine hacks, but the king plays games. As he sets off on his own, he realizes that life is not forever, so if he is going to shine he better do it now. We as humans are somewhere only here for our own entertainment and joy of the planet utilization. We exist and that is it. The earth has been here 10,000 years prior and will remain 10,000 more years and then some. So the short 80 some years we get is nothing. So as the king exists he tries to make the most of each day. What — can he do within his day. Did all expectations get Matt? Was there a discussion of a meeting and it never happened? Can you still make that meeting happen? Can the king gain new relationships and opportunities? And if so can he serve them well? Will the hands he shakes become quality partners in his life? Personal and business partners? Can the king create a whole new kingdom such as a family? Will he have a home for this family? Can he get a loan or proper funding for this home? Will he be able to gain income in this new housing market? Can he wholesale 20 homes as a way to find his personal home? Does he have the right knowledge to get it done? Does he have big enough balls to get it done? Or, will he cry about it to his mommy? As a king he does it all correctly and with honor. If you cannot do something, he will simply say so. The king knows how to carry himself well. — Although there are times, when traits of being human may take over his mind. Depression, sadness, and a sense of low self-esteem. A victim and Tallardy has risen from the depths of his fragile mind. Fragile just at that very moment. It’s OK, we all get down sometimes, but it’s about how you bring yourself out of that rut. You have to understand that it’s not going to be forever. The shorter you can keep this shit mindset, the better. Some people think being victimized and telling others their story will gain them rewards, assistance, and social gains. They may seek therapy and waste countless hours on sessions with the counselor. For the king he does not need all those extra events and attention. He simply identifies the problem, isolates the problem, then forgets about the problem before moving on with life. Literally solving the stress and 0 to 30 seconds, being gone. What incredible skill set — displayed by the King. This skill set did not come overnight for the king. He had been blinded many times to many different and beneficial situations. These are such as a Sutter business. He had the whole catalog right there. All he had to do was go out and make some sales. Instead the books soaked in the rain. A time he could’ve traveled, but was held back by his own duties of serving his people. If he were to travel, he would not be in the picture to serve. He could hire someone, but then that opens up liabilities. Or, was he blinded from the strategy that would get him his travel time and his duties to serve fulfilled? It’s hard to really say what is right and what is wrong whatever has happened in life, up to this point, has happened and has happened for a reason. All we can do is except reality and continue to go with the flow. — Just don’t stop the rhythm. It’s like all you can do is work your resources that are available. Utilize them in the smartest way possible. There are many pathways to walk. Which one do you want to fucking walk? The fucking bum life, or do you want to entertain your life to be joyous and rewarding? Smelly or a great smelling? Rich or fucking poor? You decide. The true combination to success lies in your abilities to be a bad ass motherfucking king. Serve your people well and with honor. Produce solutions, and be one who is heard. Be a fucking person of interest. Well people with your aura. Let them want you, because they know how much you fucking high perform. How are you can figure out the way to go, because you are a leader. The king, the fucking leader, the fucking knight in shining armor. Get out there and serve your people well. — That finalizes the chapters in this book. Now for the conclusion. About the Author Chapter 24 Albert Dutton was born May 21, 1988 in Tucson Arizona. He was an adventurous kid who grew up in the northwest side of town. He was always a happy individual who was very talented at sports. He was on the cross country team as a first place blue ribbon holder, as well as on the track team. He enjoyed playing basketball, but only in the neighborhood or schoolyard playground. As a juvenile he did get into his share of mischief but never too serious. He was mostly grounded, and spent his time alone in his room. As the only child, he had no brothers or sisters. The closest to that was his friends that he would play on the playground with. Over the years, as all the stories go to friends drifted apart. From marketing sales to landscape in sales and work, he has maintained quite the lifestyle for 13 years. He has time to hang with whomever he wishes. He is not on a program of 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. He does what he wants when he wants. As he started balancing out his time, he realize that he is wasting his intelligence and self-worth with people who are not serving him well. Only using him, doubting his plans, and draining his energy through arguments or irrational behavior. His solution was to just not let them in anymore. He has tried to send text messages to people and gets ignored, or people are too busy. OK, two can play that game. Albert — decided to also get busy. Busy working on himself, and reaching out to new people. People who have wealth, Orkin pay him to hire perform within his services. People who bring him up and not down. He’s looking for the money, the girls, and the fun. Not the drag of the same moves. Something new to spice up the rhythm. If it’s nothing new, then he’s found being alone is also great. He got busy with podcasts, work, and just tuning into his own personal world. Like his own fucking La La Land. And escaped from the reality of another man yelling at his dog. Another man trying to assert his dominance, or a woman playing chase me. Nah fuck all that, he would rather write in his journal, make a book, type in e-book, create a podcast, take a walk, get some rest, treat himself to a quality meal, get a massage, take a shower, watch a movie, just straight up self-care. To avoid those — narcissistic mindsets that just act up at the worst times. He found that taking back his time he is more at peace. In a rut and sleeping in the truck, he knows it’s better than having no truck. He makes the best of the situation, and knows it’s only temporary. What kind of king would he be if he thought otherwise? Alone in his truck this book was created. As well as other locations such as parks, and the Tucson Mall. As the rain pours down in July 2021 monsoon season, he is thankful that he can stay dry. He finds himself in a state of discomfort but has made friends with it. All people want to treat him in a disrespectful way? It’s OK he’s used to it. No complaints, go ahead and walk some more but he may not be around and busy doing other things. What is he doing? Playing mind games. Every time he avoids hanging out with someone he gets another chapter written, makes a song, earned another $200, wholesales another home, meets — another girl, and gets her in bed just the way he wanted. He believes the law of the universe put opportunities in front of us every day, and that it’s up to us to take advantage of these opportunities. Do not feel guilty for taking advantage. Spoke about being a writer to a girl to wow her? Yes! Seems sleazy but hey, if it produces a phone number then sure. Bought a $.50 soda for a girl to get her number and eventually bang her one night while both were partying? Yes, but hey we are humans we have to have connection and if that is how we do it, then more props to you. More props to you for your cleverness and creativity. So when comparing old basic life, and past memories to new experiences, new experiences win by a long shot. Albert enjoys taking risks financially and with health sometimes. Alcohol has led him to all his court dates. They all get dismissed, but he knows that every violation was because he was drinking and most likely on an empty stomach. As he awaits trial in August for some minor charges because of toxic roommates, he continues to service people and serve them well. He has withdrawn completely from alcohol. It’s too hot for one, and it’s time for a change. He has been living out of his truck, so no more monthly $500 for rent. “It’s really not that bad,“ says Albert. “It’s like camping every night.“ “I just know someone out there and I will connect, and be able to mutually help each other.” Somehow someway God will connect me to the relationship I need to get the capital I need, to then really get to serve my people and serve them well. I believe I possess the ability to speak truth about wealth, life, and strategy. I can emphasize where you are coming from and can motivate plan for us all to succeed. For that, just know, as long as I am here on this planet, I will serve my people and serve them well.
